Key Card Holder
With DND, MUR & LAUNDRY Service button
The key card holder turns on the power in the room only when the key cards are being inserted. The keycard gives data to the control units & it will activate the welcome scene depends upon the site requirement. The status of the keycard is also used to indicate the occupancy of the room and can be monitored from the outside indication panel.

It is located near the door & the Key Card System will be able to detect the occupancy via the insertion of keycard & provide different features.
The guest will be able to operate all the equipments in the room that are controlled by the Control System. On the top of that, the control system will activate welcome scene ie. Selected lights will be turned on once the guest card is inserted.
Once the key Card is being removed from the key card holder, all the lights and equipments will be turned off, except the entrance light, which will remain on for a time period which can be programmed in seconds. The system will then go into the energy saving mode. All vacant rooms will be under energy saving mode.
Energy Saving Mode -All lights and equipments will be off and the system will regulate the room temperature in accordance to the hotel settings
External Courtesy Panel

A wall mount panel located outside the room provides the status of the room. The panel comes with a doorbell push button, which will activate or deactivate the door bell relay of the control unit depending on the room status, DND (Do Not Disturb), CMR (Clean My Room) display. The External Courtesy Panel is controlled from internal courtesy panel.

Together with the external courtesy panel displaying the service and privacy status , we have offered an intelligent Door Chime Button. Using the button the relay in the control unit can be operated and 230V bell can be connected to the I/O board.
The door bell press button will be deactivated, once the DND status is on, to ensure that guest can enjoy 100% privacy.
