Our commercial systems are custom designed and their applications range in size from small retail to large industrial facilities. We can divide one system into several "sub-systems" for office/warehouse security. We can 'supervise" your system to let you know who turns it on/off. We can also notify you if the system is not armed and provide monthly activity reports. While we can utilize your existing telephone line to communicate alarm signals to our Central Station, many of our clients are now electing to have their system transmit activity via cellular communication or over your network. With the "In Touch" Messaging Features of the alarm panel, your facilities manager can control your alarm system from their cell phone via text commands. The most common functions include arming and disarming the system, and checking the status. You can also automatically receive status messages and alarms directly to your cell phone or email so you always know what is going on at your facility. We also install and service a number of other panels and peripheral devices including those made by Honeywell, DSC and Detection Systems among others. We also offer video alarm systems that send in a short video clip with the alarm notification to the Central Station for immediate review. It can be part of the Intrusion detection system or it can standalone and operate independently. Our intrusion systems are often integrated with access control and CCTV as well. We receive numerous calls from alarm customers that are not happy with their current security provider. If you are unhappy with your current alarm company and you do not have contractual obligations to them, we welcome your inquiry.
